When you find the "ideal" job posting, our first piece of advice is to take the time to read it and note down all the "keywords" used in it to tailor your resume.


It's obvious that AI engines are trained to scan resumes, looking for specific keywords related to the position. Make sure to include the terms used in the job posting.
