Infomaniak Challenges Swiss Government Cloud Contracts — A Wake-Up Call for Digital Sovereignty

Switzerland, long admired for its neutrality, legal rigor, and political stability, now faces a quiet but significant test: digital sovereignty. In a strongly worded statement, Infomaniak warned that the government’s choice undermines Switzerland’s independence in the digital realm, effectively placing parts of public infrastructure and administrative data under the control of foreign entities.
