key responsibilities
As a key member of our development team, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the project lifecycle:
• Analysis & design: understand business needs and propose the right technical solutions.
• Development & integration: code, test, and deliver high-quality applications.
• Support & training: assist end-users both on-site and remotely.
• Field deployment: travel to our plantations (30–50 days per year) to ensure smooth rollouts, support, and user training.

What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Computer Science (engineering school or university).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Curious, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and user support.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
