Are you passionate about industrial IT, automation, and project management? We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and take part in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge applications for clients in the pharmaceutical and fine chemicals sectors. In this role, you’ll manage projects from concept to commissioning, contribute technical solutions, and maintain strong client relationships. key responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing applications that meet client, user, and regulatory requirements. Project management will be an essential part of your role, including planning, budgeting, coordination, and client communication throughout the project. You will draft functional and design specifications based on client needs and actively contribute ideas for technical solutions. Your involvement will extend to supporting, reviewing, and validating project deliverables, and participating directly in the development of applications within our activity fields.
In addition to overseeing configuration and commissioning of solutions, you will manage the drafting and execution of qualification tests. A key part of your responsibilities will include identifying and following up on opportunities in the field of automation and industrial IT, preparing and tracking technical and commercial quotations, and ensuring effective client relations and internal collaboration.

You are with an engineering degree (HES/EPF) in Automation or Industrial IT, or equivalent. A minimum of five years’ professional experience in service engineering is required. Knowledge of design standards would be an asset, as would familiarity with GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity regulations. You should have a solid understanding of fine chemicals and pharmaceutical processes, along with strong skills in technical documentation.
Fluency in French and English is essential, especially if you’d like to enjoy a good meal in a mountain hut. Previous experience in a similar environment such as fine chemicals or pharmaceuticals is preferred. Experience in PLC and SCADA development. Familiarity with DCS systems, is a further advantage.
Solid command of Microsoft Office tools relevant to your profession is considered a baseline expectation.
