As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and evolving clients' IT infrastructures as well as internal systems. Your mission is to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of cloud and on-premise environments, while actively participating in their continuous optimization and modernization. You will work on both client-facing projects and internal operations, contributing to the automation of repetitive tasks and staying ahead of technological trends.

Client Management
Understand client needs, identify technical improvements, and propose value-added solutions to support business growth.
IT & Cloud Services
Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures. Ensure security, performance, and compliance while providing advanced support.
Technology Watch
Stay up to date on Microsoft and cloud innovations, proactively suggesting enhancements to existing systems.
Project Delivery
Lead technical projects, manage cloud migrations, and contribute to scoping, technical specifications, and cost estimates.

skills description
You have proven experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus. You have solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as a good understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for task automation are essential. Previous experience working in an IT services or consulting environment would be an advantage. You are fluent in French (native level) and comfortable with reading and writing technical documentation in English.
