Join our team as a service desk technician and become the preferred partner of users facing their IT challenges! You will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to improve their daily lives and ensuring complete incident monitoring. More specifically, your mission will be to process and monitor requests and incidents related to access rights on shared storage spaces (Share Windows).
key responsibilities
User Support: Helping to overcome IT difficulties, proposing solutions to improve their daily lives.
Incident Management: Receives, processes, and follows up on requests and incidents related to access rights to shared storage spaces (Share Windows).
Request Analysis: The employee processes and analyzes incidents and requests from various sources such as telephone, self-service, or email.
Knowledge Management: Participates in the management and dissemination of knowledge within the team to improve processes.
Administrative Tasks and Self-Training: The technician performs various administrative tasks (welcome messages, alerts, access rights management) and self-trains on the services offered by the Information Systems Department (ISD).

skills description
Required training: CFC in IT or equivalent training.
Knowledge of Windows: Mastery of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 environment, Microsoft certificates valued.
Management tools: Experience with a CMDB and incident management tool, ideally ServiceNow.
Windows and network administration: Understanding of Windows and network administration principles and tools (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS).
Access control: Knowledge of access control concepts in Windows, such as authorizations and rights inheritance.
